The Photographic Images and Matter: Japanese Prints
of the 1970s

This international traveling exhibition, features works from 14 influential Japanese artists in the 1970s and closely examines a new print movement where materials like print blocks, paper, and ink take centerstage, shaped contemporary art trends.
PIAM is divided into two sections: "The Age of Photographic Images" which explores the integration of photography into printmaking, and "Images of Autonomous Matter." I was given a pre-packaged press kit and brand guidelines for this project.
